Individual Therapy

I provide one-on-one virtual therapy for adults and teens (ages 16+) who are located in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
My approach to each client is tailored to that person’s individual needs, and while I am not limited to any particular client experience or diagnosis, the following are some of my specialties.
